TCK800 is a 2x2mm open mesh conveyor belting fabric based on
a PTFE coated woven Kevlar and fibreglass fabric. Due to the presence of the
Kevlar yarns in the wrap direction, this product has very good mechanical
strength, dimensional stability and is particularly suitable for use in
moist/wet environments or on high speed drying machines. It has leno weave
structure and offers excellent drying and release characteristics.
TCK800 is typically used as a dryer conveyor belt for use in
forced hot air dryers and is particularly suited for transporting small
products.
