Our System Plast™ modular bearing supports can be used in harsh wash down environments. These environments are often found in the food and beverage processing industries. These applications use bearings of the sealed and lubricated type. Sizes are inch and metric containing a variety of housing and mounting styles with different housing materials available. Options include open or closed end caps and back seals. Mounted ball bearing supports provide an anti-friction solution when supporting rotating shafts with radial loads.
Clip-on Safety Cap (open version) Components:
- Clip-on safety cap in polypropylene.
- Rotary shaft seal ring with extra dust protection lip in NBR rubber.
- Heavy duty O-ring in NBR rubber.
Colour:
- Safety cap in yellow.
For sufficient quantities parts can be produced in different colours or in transparent.

- Resistance to corrosion: Polyamide version (PA): good resistance to many corrosive chemicals such as water, oils, greases, petrol, milk, wine and alcoholic beverages.
